Rates & Insurance
Rates can vary depending on service, insurance coverage, and provider- please call for additional details and questions. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Please refer to www.cms.gov/nosurprises for further information.
If you have health insurance, your services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. The following are helpful questions you can ask so you are clear on what your out of pocket responsibility will be.
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Am I required to pay a copay during my visit?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Does my policy cover all types of counseling services ie. couples counseling?
- How many sessions per year does my policy cover?
- Is preapproval required from my primary care provider?
Reduced Fee/Sliding Fee
Some of our providers offer a reduced or sliding fee dependent upon limited availability and patient need. Please inquire if you do not have health insurance coverage.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Your statements will be sent to you electronically and can be paid through your patient portal. This information will be sent to you when you schedule your first session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not given a 24 hour notice, a no show fee will be assessed and is not billed through your insurance. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
